2026 Caribbean Eye Meeting Registration Cancellation Policy

Full refund on or before December 1, 2025. 50% refund between December 2 - December 31 , 2025. Your registration fee will be refunded in full, less any credit card charges associated with the payment of your registration fee. No refund for cancellations or no-shows after January 1, 2026. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to eventregistrations@avenuelive.com for consideration. This refund policy applies to individual attendee registrations, and does not apply to corporate sponsorships.

What's the dress code?

We recommend resort casual attire for the entire conference. Ballrooms tend to be chilly, so don’t forget a blazer or a sweater!

How many hours of Continued Education will be offered?

The 2026 CEM is pending accreditation. For information regarding continuing medical education (CME) available at the Caribbean Eye Meeting, click here.

What’s included in the registration fee?

Access to all educational sessions, plus meals and social functions throughout the weekend. Be sure to review the agenda for additional details.

Can I bring a guest to the meeting?

Yes! There are two guest registration options available: one includes access to all meals and receptions while the other is for admission to the welcome reception on Friday night and beach view dinner on Saturday night only. Please be sure to register your guest(s) in advance of the meeting so the meeting organizers can plan accordingly.

Note that guest registrations are limited to a spouse, relative or other guest accompanying a validly registered attendee, and do not include admission to any educational sessions.

What is there to do in Cancún outside of meeting hours?

Enjoy a wide variety of activities outside of meeting hours with family and friends! Take advantage of the Kempinski Hotel's beach access, two pools, luxury spa, pickleball and tennis courts, and six restaurants.

How do I book airport transportation?

Information regarding the Kempinski Hotel's preferred transportation vendor will be shared when available.
